01 Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 4 days of dispatch, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• The item is free from perfume, stains, or any signs of use
• The exchange is initiated within 4 days of the dispatch date

We photograph and quality-check every order before dispatch — so all items received for exchange are inspected carefully upon receipt.

02 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customised or made-to-order pieces
• Innerwear, accessories, and jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or negligence
• Items raised without prior intimation or outside the 4-day window

03 How to Initiate an Exchange

Starting an exchange is simple:

• Email us at labelbyapsaara@gmail.com within 4 days of your dispatch date
• Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason
• Let us know what size or style you'd like instead (subject to availability)
• Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
• Please do not ship items back without receiving confirmation from us first

04 Exchange Shipping

In the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Apsaara will bear the shipping cost and arrange a pickup.

For all other exchanges (size issues, style preference, etc.), shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

05 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will resolve it promptly — with a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
