Return & Exchange Policy

Every Apsaara piece is crafted to be loved and worn — and we want you to feel completely at ease in yours. If the fit or fabric isn't quite right, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

What we offer

We currently offer size and product exchanges only. We do not offer refunds, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or incorrect (more on that below).

What can be exchanged

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

What can't be exchanged

  • Sale or discounted items (marked Final Sale)
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Innerwear, accessories, and intimate items
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or alterations

How to request an exchange

  1. Email us at labelbyapsaara@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9116956728 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, the item, and the reason for exchange (size, fit, or product swap).
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect).
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return — usually within 3–4 business days of arrival — we'll dispatch the exchange.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or a short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a free return pickup and either resend the correct piece or issue store credit — your choice.

Exchange timelines

Once your return reaches us, please allow:

  • 3–4 business days for inspection
  • 2–3 business days to dispatch the exchange
  • 3–8 business days for the new piece to reach you

A note from us

Each piece is handcrafted, which means slight variations in embroidery, weave, or color are part of the character — not defects. We photograph every product in natural light to keep things honest, but screens can show colors slightly differently.
