Shipping Policy

From the lanes of Jaipur to your doorstep — we take as much care packing your order as we do curating it. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
01 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
02 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 7–12 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed every step of the way.
03 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹49
Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
04 Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our current logistics partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, depending on your location and order type.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your parcel's journey to you.
05 Order Tracking
Track your order anytime:
- Use the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number
- Visit the courier partner's website and enter your tracking ID
- Log in to your Apsaara account and check your order status under My Orders
If you face any issues tracking your order, please write to us and we'll sort it out right away.
06 Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package is returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply)
- If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
07 Damaged in Transit
We pack every order with great care. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the outer packaging and the item(s) before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at labelbyapsaara@gmail.com
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
08 International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time but is something we are working towards. Stay tuned — we'd love to bring Apsaara to the world.
