Shipping Policy

At Apsaara, every order is packed with the same care that goes into our pieces. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

When we dispatch

• Ready-to-ship pieces: Dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Made-to-order or pre-order pieces: Dispatch timelines are mentioned on the product page. Typically 7–14 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, your order will reach you within:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote locations: 7–10 business days

These are estimates from our shipping partners. Delays can occasionally happen due to weather, festivals, or courier-side issues — we'll keep you posted if anything comes up.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A small handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, reach out to us at anushkadhanopiya@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at [+91 9116956728].

Undelivered or returned-to-sender packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, repeated unavailability at delivery, or refusal to accept, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Reshipping charges may apply.
